SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.

The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. For registered customers, visit the My Account page to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

RETURNS

US RETURN POLICY: You may return any items purchased on anneustudio.com within 14 days of the delivery date provided the clothing is unused and in its original condition. To initiate your return or exchange, please contact returns@anneustudio.com. Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet our conditions the item(s) will be sent back to you and your request for return will be denied. If your return has been approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

INTL RETURN POLICY: At this time all International Orders are final sale. We are not accepting any returns or exchanges from international addresses.
